Processing of Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will generally process your refund within 7 days, most of the time, much faster than that. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the full amount you have paid. Although we try our best to process refunds in a timely manner, PayPal or your financial institution can take up to 3 weeks to reflect the refund in your bank or PayPal account.

Canceling my subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just send us an email and we’ll make sure that your subscription is canceled and that you don’t get billed on the next billing cycle.

When you cancel your subscription, and your current subscription expires, your product license will no longer be active. This means that if the product license is no longer active, you will lose access to all future updates.

This also means that you will lose access to our 24/7 customer service team. So when you need our help with your website, we will unfortunately no longer be able to assist you.

I did not receive my refund

Please double check with your bank, PayPal or credit card. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for your financial institution to fully process the refund.

If you have contacted your financial institution and are still unable to solve the problem, please contact us via our Help Desk and our team will assist you.
