Our default support method is via support tickets in your client portal. 

All customers are welcome to submit a traceable ticket with any questions, comments, or concerns they have here. A support agent will accommodate your request within 24-48 hours most days.

You are also welcome to start a live chat in our support portal, however, please note that we operate from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
